When utilizing laser welding, we use a rod diameter as small as 0.003″ that is specially designed to handle ribs or grain repair with minimal warp.

- 4 welding stations ranging from 200 watts to 500 watts of power
- Deposit size as little as 0.002 inches and build ups achieved on multiple passes
- Our average pass size is only 0.007 inches
